Who we are

When we say ‘we’, we mean Glorious Property Holdings Group companies who act as a data controller in respect of your personal data. Unless otherwise stated below, the data controller for the purposes of this notice Credit Glorious Property Holdings Ltd.

We collect information about you from different places including:

  • from a third party acting on your behalf, e.g., an intermediary or broker;
  • from other Glorious Property Holdings companies;
  • from publicly available sources;
  • when we generate it ourselves;
  • from other organizations.

 

We will only collect your information in line with relevant regulations and law and this may relate to any of our products or services you apply for, currently hold or have held in the past.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide us is correct and up to date. If you provide information for another person on your account, make you they know where to find this Privacy Notice and make sure they agree to us using their information for the purposes set out in it.

 

What types of Personal Data do we collect?

We want you to comprehend the different types and categories of data that we collect. As explained above, personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify a specific user, and we may collect this information when you interact with our products or services:

 

  • Personal particulars (e.g. name, address, DOB); 
  • Tax, insurance, and employment details;
  • Your banking information and financial details;
  • Details of interactions with us (e.g., images, biometrics, voice recordings, personal opinions);
  • Information obtained from mobile device with your consent (e.g., location information).

 

How we will use your information 

We will use it to provide any products and services you have demanded and/or other purposes, like:

  • to check and confirm your personal identity and address;

  • to carry out your instructions;
  • to increase our products and services;

We use service providers who process your data on our behalf. We may share your information with other companies we work in partnership with and other Glorious Property Holdings Group members. We may also share your information with others outside of the Glorious Property Holdings Groups, e.g., regulators, insurers, other banks, brokers, agents as well as credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, and, to State and Non-State Authorities if required by law.

 

Transferring your information overseas 

Your information may be transferred and processed outside of the European Economic Area, including some that may not have laws that provide the same level of protection for personal information. In case we do this, we will ensure it is adequately protected.

 

How long we will keep your information 

We will keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with us. After it ends, we will keep it where we may need it for valid reasons (e.g., to help us respond to queries or complaints, or for other reasons, like fighting fraud and financial crime, and responding to requests from regulators).
